On Sunday, March 3, 2013, we’ll return to Mt. Calvery Church in South Boulder to perform with 3-4 other a cappella groups at a wonderful concert sponsored by Zonta, the international women’s service organization. We performed there last year for the same event–an annual fundraiser for Zonta–and had a fantastic time performing before a full concert hall. We’re so glad to be invited back! Come see us and help a great organization that empowers women all over the world. The show is open to the public, starts at 2:30pm at the church, and is located west of Broadway on Table Mesa Drive in south Boulder. See you there!

Swingin’ and singin’ this Spring
It’s a busy spring for the Wizards. We have two great shows coming up in Boulder this April, followed by a concert in Mystic Conn, then more shows in May, and we’re showcasing a bunch of new songs at these gigs! We have a swingin’ new version of the Lennon & McCartney hit, “Got to Get You into my Life” arranged by John Farmer. Doug Haley penned a rockin’ version for us of the Styx classic, “Too Much Time on My Hands.” And maybe best of all, we have another gorgeous a cappella ballad by Oak Thorne — Leonard Cohen’s, ”Hallelujah.” Plus new songs from the Nylons, and Sting! Phew!! We love this new music, so come out and join us on April 22, or the 29th. It’s always a fun party full of harmony!
